My bf and I use it for anal sex - firstly, and most importantly it works as a great lubricant, it doesn't dry out too quickly like some others I've used.

The best bit though is the warming - for me as both top and bottom it multiplies the sensations by about 10! I've had some mind blowing orgasms using this stuff!
