All lubed up

Reviewed: 08 Oct 2009 by BLUEBOY, a Single Bisexual Male

There heve been positive and negative experiences with this syringe so I'd also like to say my piece.

I think this applicator is great. Firstly, if your into anal then you'll realise that getting lubed up can be fiddly and your lube doesnt always go where needed. This syringe allows the user to squirt the much needed lube directly up their passage, avoiding the mess which can sometimes happen.

As said previously by some reviewers, the tip looks like its from another system, but who cares as it works – you need to make sure that you have pushed it onto the syringe tightly.

As for filling it I use Liquid Silk because I think it's a fantastic lube and comes in a pump handled bottle, which I find is the easiest way to fill this applicator.

Simply attach the tip and take out the plunger, squirt in as much lube as you want, tip the syringe slightly until the lube nearly comes out the fill end, insert plunger, tip the syringe up so that the air trapped inside moves up the applicator to the top, gently press in the plunger to expell trapped air and then insert where necessary

Pros

Easy to use.

Cons

It would be better if it was bigger.

Bottom line

Great wee product, would buy again.

Nice and easy

Very handy for getting the lube where it is needed the most.

After lubing a toy, your bum then acts as a scraper ring and doesn't really allow the lube to get where it is needed the most.

The best way to fill this toy is to put the syringe into the lube, draw the lube up in to the syringe, then remove from the lube container. Place the extension tube onto the syringe and then squirt out the lube so it fills the tube, then put the tube into the lube again and draw more lube back into the tube and syringe. This will then give you more than enough lube to use internally with a toy then.

Pros

Cheap and does the job.

Cons

Could be a bit bigger for more lube to be used

Bottom line

Handy little thing that removes the discomfort caused by not being lubed up enough

Useful for the aneros

Reviewed: 29 Jul 2007 by spikeLN

As mentioned in the product description and elsewhere on the page, this applicator is just right for use with the aneros.

Anal lube is tricky stuff and tends to squirm all over the place, instead of where you want it, and with the aneros, you really do want *some* lube near the prostate, so the head of the toy caresses rather than scrapes the wall of the rectum. A dry prostate massager is no fun at all.

Pump dispensers are all very well until you get anything caught in the mechanism. Even a stray hair can bring tears to the eyes. With this applicator, there's nothing to get trapped.

Yes, it can be a bit fiddly to fill, but it gets easier with practice. Despite the description, you do need to fill the syringe as the last few CCs get left in the tube. If you only put in 2 or 3, you'll hardly get any out the far end.

I used mine dozens of times without losing the extension tube. In fact, the only reason I'm back at Love Honey today is because my last one got thrown away by mistake and I need a replacement.

Pros

The easiest way to get lube in the region of the prostate.

Cons

Tricky to fill. Wastes a bit of lube. Needs regular cleaning.

Bottom line

Just the thing for squirting lube where the sun don't shine.

Oooh! Matron!

This is a good idea as it allows you to place lube precisely where you want it. Also, during anal play using this means that you can place lube internally so that when you come to insert a toy or penis it is easier and not quite so fiddly. However, you do need to make sure that you push down the white tube fully to prevent it from coming off while using it.

If you suck up the lube without the white tube on to begin with, when you come to 'inject' the lube it leaves some left in the tube, which after a while would amount to losing quite a bit of lube. Because of this I tend to try and suck the lube up while trying to leave a bit of air in the syringe at the beginning to force all the lube out when it is fully injected.

This is a great product if you are taking part in a bit of Doctors and Nurses roleplay as it looks like a syringe (...obviously) and you can pretend that you're using actual measurements with the guide running along the side.

Overall this is a good product to have if you are into anal play.

Pros

The idea of something like this, especially in a roleplaying situation.

Cons

Usually leaves a little bit of lube in the tube attached to the syringe.

Bottom line

A good idea but not quite there with this product.

Good product but disappointing when you first see it

Reviewed: 26 Nov 2008 by kitty_o_shea, a Single Straight Female

I have to say when I first received this I was not impressed. It came in a plastic bag, it's quite small and didn't really seem like anything special.

Having used it I would say it is worth the money as the attachable tube allows deep application of lubricant, which takes some of the sting out of anal penetration. The attachment is not the most stable though and I would recommend holding it on when you insert it. You may require a couple of applications for deeper penetration but otherwise it works well.

Only disappointment is it is not really great quality and although the price is cheap I really don't think it is worth that much and as a previous reviewer said you may as well get one from a medical supplier for a lot cheaper.

Pros

Made anal play more pleasurable

Cons

Overpriced for what it actually is.

Bottom line

For deep penetration it is worth getting as it allows easier access.
