All orders are guaranteed to come in plain box, with no branding, logos or company images relating to the contents, anywhere on the package.

There’s no way anyone can tell what you have ordered.

All packages will have a return address label on the front. This is simply our warehouse address, with our company name,

Delivery

Free delivery for all UK orders over £30.00.

That’s right, fill that shopping basket up and we’ll send it to all mainland UK addresses, next day, for FREE.

All orders that are under £30.00 are charged at the standard rate of £2.95.

UK orders are delivered by our courier company, which means all orders have to be signed for. Don’t worry if you are out when the courier visits, they will leave a calling card listing all the details on how to arrange another delivery time.

Orders placed by 2.30pm (GMT) Monday – Friday, will be sent for next working day delivery.

Orders placed after this time or at weekends or Bank Holidays, will be despatched on the next working day.

We try to have our orders delivered within 1-2 days after despatch. Occasionally it can take a couple of days longer to get your order to you.

If items are out of stock, we will let you know the estimated delivery date.

If you haven’t received anything in 7 working days, please contact us and we’ll sort it out!

International Orders

International orders are sent by Royal Mail’s International Signed For® Service. This takes 3-10 working days to deliver an order, depending on the destination country.

3-5 working days for delivery to all these European countries for only £10.00.

Rest of World
6 -10 working days for delivery to these worldwide countries at just £20.
