You can order by using this website, mail order via our brochure (or by writing to us with the product codes and payment) or by calling our 24 hour order line on (freephone) 0800 915 6635.

Fleshlight UK accepts all major credit and debit cards.

If you pay by credit/debit card, your statement will give no indication of the products you have bought. Your order will be charged to our parent company ‘LH Trading’. This is the name that will appear on your statement.

All our goods are priced in GBP – Pounds Sterling (£).

Paying by cheque or postal order

We also accept payment by cheque or postal order.

Place you order as normal and select the payment method listed as ‘Other: Cheque (£ or € EURO only), Postal Order (£ only)’.

Please make cheques and postal orders payable to ‘LoveHoney Ltd’.

When sending your payment please include a print out of the ‘Check out’ page. Always include a contact email or telephone number. This helps us to get in touch if there’s a problem with your order.

Please allow an extra 5 working days to our standard delivery times to allow your cheque to clear.

If sending payment in a foreign currency cheque, please add an extra GBP - £5.00 to cover the costs of banking your foreign monies.

Processing Your Order

When you place an order with Fleshlight UK, we keep you informed by email.

Your order will be set to one of the following during the fulfilment process: -

Pending - Your order has been made and we are waiting to receive payment.
Authorized - Your order has been made and payment received.
In Stock - We have checked your order and your product(s) are in stock ready for picking.
Picking - Your order is being picked from our warehouse and is being packaged.
Dispatched - It's on the way to you.
Out of Stock – Part/All of your order is out of stock. Contact us for replacements or back in stock info.
Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled.

Your order number is the 4/5 digit number, which can be found in your order emails, in the subject line and in the main body of the emails.

Always quote this number when contacting us about your order.

You will only receive emails related to processing your order and also if you have agreed to subscribe to our newsletters when registering. We will never pass on your e-mail address or personal information to a third party.
